The first of the Halloween tutorials! I am so happy with how this turned out, but not so happy with how the video turned out.... I'm really jonesing for a new camera, but I want to wait until Cyber Monday to buy one since the deals might be super awesome. The video quality isn't stellar, but it will still take you through the steps to achieve this look. The only "halloween makeup" that I used to achieve this look was white cream face paint, everything else came from my makeup bag.
